Combat Inflammation
Try this drink, Tumeric is one of the leading herbs to help combat inflammation. Try this delicious drink.
1 medium banana
1 tsp. organic turmeric
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. Vanilla extract,
1/8 c. blueberries
16oz of coconut milk.
Blend all the ingredients and drink up.
HOT TUMERIC TEA
Recipe
Try this hot drink! Tumeric tea
1 cup of water
¼ Tsp turmeric powder
¼ Tsp cinnamon
¼ Tsp ground ginger
1 lemon
1 tbsp honey
Directions:
Bring 1 cup water to a simmer.
Add ¼ Tsp of turmeric powder, ground ginger, and cinnamon and stir slowly.
Remove from heat and cover the pot, allowing the tea to infuse for at least 10 minutes.
Optional: use a strainer while pouring into a mug to make the tea smoother in taste.
Squeeze enough of lemon and honey to suit your personal taste.

3" fresh ginger root.
Juice of 2 organic lemons.
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper.
4 c. Coconut water or filtered water.
Optional: Sweetener of your choice like raw honey or stevia.
