Repairing your health is not an overnight sensation! How many years did it take you to develop the health state you are currently in? Your health situation took years of dedicated self-indulgence, why do you think it will change immediately? Taking a few supplements and eating some of the right foods will not guarantee you good health. Going from one new fad diet to another won't help either. You are your best doctor. Your body tells you everything you just need to respond to it when it is talking. Hiring a Health Coach is a good start but it takes more than the dedication of your Health Coach. It takes commitment from you! You have to be willing to make the necessary changes and stick to them. Good health comes from a total mindset change and patience. Consistency and patience are key components to a healthy life. It takes forbearance, a dedicated coach, your perseverance and commitment to rebuilding your health. Over time you will see some results. It's up to you to make the decision to feel better and look better. Make yourself a priority!
