Stretch Me Out!

Every morning when my animals get up and start to move, they stretch. I have two animals, a cat, and a dog. Before they begin to walk around, the first thing each one of them does is stretch out their bodies. I never use to stretch, but as I get up in age, my body demands that I stretch out. I use to ride my bike to work every day, five days a week, except when it rained, or the weather was encumbered. I never considered the importance of stretching until I got into an accident. I ended up going to physical therapy and learned the importance of stretching. Each visits the therapist would provide exercises the encompassed some form of stretching. I began to observe my animals and how they move. They don't start the day until they have stretched. It only takes a few minutes of your time.
