Take time to exhale and enjoy life. Make nature your friend and constant companion. When things get hard and overwhelming, take a moment and appreciate where you are and how you got there. Find some alone time in nature to reflect on your past successes. Think positive thoughts and be thankful for everything, all your challenges, and achievements. Keep in mind there is no such thing as failure, your missteps offer productive feedback. Use that feedback to improve on your past performance. Take advantage of the beauty that nature provides, use it to refuel.
